Here's a counterbalanced VA steel crank machined from a solid billet here in NZ. The previous owner of our car had it made at an engine rebuild a few years ago. Takes shells all round and is a lot smoother the the original cranks. Not sure of the cost and I don't have drawings but if you fancied one, drop me an email and I'll put you in touch with the manufacturer.
I have since contacted Rick and Kathrine and it would seem this company is no longer trading and the drawings are not available either
